立地が特に素晴らしい。遊びに行く時全て徒歩圏内で、裏にはタコリゴという安くて美味しいタコス屋さんやサンドイッチ屋さんがある。飲み物もフリードリンクで素晴らしい。ただ水着とかを干す場所があれば最高だと思う。

호텔 옥상에 수영장도 있고 칵테일바도 공짜라서 정말 좋았어요! 다들 친절하십니다! 방도 깨끗하고 오션뷰여서 더 좋았어요!!

It was a wonderful hotel. All the staff were very kind! The room was clean. The location was great and I could walk to the nightclub, so I could have fun from morning until late at night.

Apart from the comfortable mattress, there is nothing good about this hotel! I usually communicate with the hotel directly to solve problems, but this time there were so many problems that I had to give a bad review! 1. Front desk: A deposit was required when checking in, which was fine with me, but I wanted a receipt, which they did not provide; there were three pages of documents to be filled out and signed (including various disclaimers, which were more than other hotels), and the front desk introduced them at a very fast speed. I interrupted him and said that I could not remember them all at once, so he asked me to fill out part of them first, so he turned around to do other guests' documents, and then asked me to wait for him to finish his other work before coming back to continue the introduction; he did not introduce the breakfast time and location, and I called to ask after I remembered it. 2. Elevator: I lived on the 5th floor, and the down button of the elevator was broken. I could only press it, and then go upstairs with others, and then go down again, which was very troublesome. I happened to meet the concierge downstairs, and he said that they had reported it, but they didn't know when it would be fixed. Because I had already opened my luggage and didn't want to change rooms, I didn't complain, but the hotel still arranged a room on the 5th floor for the guest in this situation? ? The next day they told Ctrip that it was fixed, but it was not fixed until I checked out on the fourth day. 3. There was **** in the toilet! My mother and I thought it was the other person's, so I asked about it at night, and found out that the room was not cleaned properly. I called the hotel, but there was no apology, just a girl who didn't speak English sent a message, and I could see that she was very nervous, and I didn't say anything. 4. Hair dryer: I had to call to get it, and I didn't tip because I think the hair dryer should be in the room. 5. Pillows: My bed has four pillows that are very high; however, there are two high and two low in the clinic, and I need to call again in the middle of the night for pillows. I said on the phone that I needed to see their supervisor, which means that they don't start work until 9 o'clock in the morning, which means that there is no person in charge at night. 6. The phone screamed in the middle of the night, and there was no way to unplug the power cord. 7. The watermelon at 7 o'clock for breakfast smelled sour. Ctrip helped to communicate, and the hotel refunded 10% of my order, supporting the truthful evaluation.
